Opia Bonny Limited owns, operates and makes available the website www.opiabonny.com as well as sub-domain websites (individually “Website” and collectively “Websites”) and makes them available to the users of its Websites (individually “Visitor” and collectively “Visitors”) under the following Terms and Conditions
‘You’ and ‘your’ refer to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘event organiser’ refer to Opia Bonny Limited (RC1111784). This ‘agreement’ means the purchase of one or more tickets for entry into our events including but not limited to meetings, conferences, festivals, and it includes these ticket purchase terms (“the Terms”) and other documents referred to in the Terms.
Terms of Use
Agreement to the Terms of Use
The Websites may contain features including blog, report and newsletter services, event, issue and community pages, member areas and other applications that may be available from time to time. Any person that accesses or uses the Websites agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use contain conditions, disclaimers and other provisions, some of which limit the liability of Opia Bonny Limited. Any person that does not agree or comply with these Terms of Use should not access or use the Websites.
Appropriate Use
Any use of the Websites by Visitors that would limit or constrict the availability or quality of the Websites’ features is prohibited and Opia Bonny Limited reserves the sole right to take any actions required to enforce this principle.
Visitors shall not use the Websites to post, submit or otherwise distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or offensive materials. Furthermore, Visitors shall not use the Websites in any way that may violate third party rights including, but not limited to copyrights or privacy. Neither shall Visitors access or attempt to access the Websites using interfaces aside from the ones provided by the Websites.
Visitors may provide personal information as part of the registration to access and use some of the features on the Websites as players, fans, supporters, backers, investors, members, partners, sponsors, bloggers, subscribers, participants, donors or similar. Information provided for registration must be accurate, correct and up-to-date. Opia Bonny Limited reserves the sole right to verify and deny access where data is incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate and/or missing.

The Websites are provided “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties of any kind including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and title. Opia Bonny Limited disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conducts of any third parties in connection with or related to visitors` use of the site. Visitors assume total responsibility for their use of the site and any linked sites. If this disclaimer is not enforceable under applicable law, it may be modified at the sole discretion of Opia Bonny Limited to a form that is enforceable.
Opia Bonny Limited does not take responsibility for the correctness, up-to-datedness, quality, completeness of the information provided on the Websites. Opia Bonny Limited expressly disclaims any and all liability to any person in respect of anything done or omitted to be done wholly or partially in reliance upon the contents of the Websites.
Furthermore, Opia Bonny Limited is not liable for any damage or corruption caused by viruses (or similar mechanisms such as worms, lock outs, metering, or self-destruct mechanisms) on computers or other terminal equipment in connection with visiting, using and/or downloading data of any kind from the Websites. The Visitors are personally responsible for protecting their equipment appropriately from viruses and other risks on the Internet.
Opia Bonny Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, but disclaims the obligation, to monitor and/or remove content from any blog.

Opia Bonny Limited publishes its own content as well as links, content and resources provided by third parties and content that has been specifically commissioned by the Opia Bonny Limited for publication on the Websites. All proprietary rights relating to any third party links, content or resources published on the Websites remain with the original source or the author(s) of that material and where any content has been commissioned by Opia Bonny Limited for use on the Websites, any proprietary rights in such content shall be as agreed or specified in the terms.
For all other content published on the Websites, Opia Bonny Limited reserves all proprietary rights including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to all content on the Websites; this includes all text, graphics, photographs, logos and/or other items that appear on the Websites. Opia Bonny Limited also reserves its rights over the Websites’ template, including its layout and structure.

The Visitor may link to the Websites provided the Visitor does so in a way that indicates that the link is to Opia Bonny Limited Websites and is fair and not misleading. Amendments
Opia Bonny Limited may amend these Terms of Use at any time, and such amendments will be effective immediately upon notice being provided to the Visitor. Notice may be provided on the Websites itself, and after posting of the notice, the Visitor’s continued use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
Waiver and Severability of Terms of Use
The failure of Opia Bonny Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties` intention as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
Terms and Conditions for events
Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable except in accordance with relevant laws or as expressly specified in the Terms. By either purchasing or using a ticket for our events, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available). Ticket price is nonrefundable except as specifically provided in this agreement. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are asked or forced to leave for breach of relevant laws, or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.
Children, who are not of legal age, must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder at all times.
Unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the ticket, without compensation, at management’s discretion. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
Tickets for festivals will be redeemed once only at the gate for a wristband in order to gain entry and re-entry. Wristband must be worn for the duration of the Festival. Wristbands are non-transferable. Broken wrist bands will not be honoured.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way that makes to difficult to verify. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the Police.
Tickets must be individually named with the person using the ticket. You may be required to show Photo ID that matches the name on your ticket.
Cancellation. Event date and time subject to change.
The events are all-weather event and will continue in rain or shine unless the conditions are deemed unsafe to continue. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.
Events can be cancelled by an act of God, or any other reason outside of our control. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event for any reason within our control. We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers, artists, performers etc and may vary advertised programs, prices, venues or seating arrangements. No refunds will be made in this case.
If the event for which a ticket is issued is rescheduled or cancelled, the holder shall not be entitled to a refund except as otherwise required by law. Instead, the holder shall have the right, except as otherwise provided, (1) if the event is rescheduled to a date and time within twelve months of the date and time originally scheduled, to use this ticket to attend the event at the rescheduled date and time, or (2) if the event is not rescheduled within twelve months of the date and time originally scheduled, to exchange this ticket for another ticket, comparable in price and seating location, to another event that is designated by management as the official replacement event for the cancelled event. Tickets are not subject to any refund, bear no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with our events, or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with our events, regardless of the cause (including negligence). For any condition or warranty imposed by legislation which cannot be excluded or modified, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services, the cost of having the services supplied again, or the refund of the money paid for the services. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
Transmission or reproduction prohibited
The holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, exhibition or game for which this ticket is issued. The holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and grants permission for holder’s image or likeness to be used in any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event, performance, exhibition or game. All recordings of audio and video of artists at our events are as prohibited by law
Publicity release
You consent to being webcast, broadcast, filmed, videotaped, and/or recorded as a member of the audience and a ticket holder. You release hangout and our affiliates and licensees from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property arising from those actions. You expressly authorize use of your image, likeness, name, voice, and all reproductions in any media (even if invented later), forever, in any location in the world, by us or our licensees, and you waive any rights of privacy or publicity related to such uses. You agree that we can collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. We may need to disclose your personal information as required by law.
Entry conditions for events
Compliance with facility rules
The holder agrees to comply with all local or facility rules that prohibit or limit alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind from being brought into the event premises. No or illicit drugs can be taken into our events. If you are caught with alcohol or illicit drugs, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the event site with no re-entry. In the case of finding illicit drugs, the matter will be referred to the police.
You agree to a search of your person or possessions on entry to our events. You must act in an orderly manner when attending our events. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct or hygiene is deemed by management, at management’s sole discretion, to be undesirable, including (but not limited to) disorderly conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, or failure to follow management or facility rules and directions. Undesirable conduct of any of the types expressly listed above will automatically terminate all rights of the holder. The exercise of management’s ejection rights hereunder does not entitle the holder to a refund of the ticket price or any part thereof. The ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket, at management’s discretion.
No animals and fire/fireworks are permitted within venues except in accordance with legislation.
You consent to be included in any photography, film and/or sound recordings of our events or its surrounds and for these recordings to be used by us for any future events marketing and promotional purposes.
For outdoor events like festivals, chairs may be brought into outdoor event areas, unless otherwise signed, but must be kept in the back half of the area. We may direct you to move or remove chairs from the event for any reason. Grassed areas may not be reserved through the placement of blankets or chairs. The event organisers reserve the right to remove any unattended blankets or chairs.
You may only smoke in Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas.
Liquor licensing laws apply in all licensed venues. All licensed venues have their own conditions of entry and rules relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Failure to adhere to those conditions of entry or rules may result in refused service, eviction or refusal of entry to the licensed area and/or events areas.
Neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) you buy or bring to our events. You are liable for any loss or damage you cause at the events.
You must place any litter in the relevant bins provided around the venue.
Please respect our town and neighbours, and do not create excessive noise or drop litter while travelling to and from our events.
If you breach or do not fulfil any obligations of these Ticket Terms and Conditions and Entry Conditions, we retain the right to confiscate items and evict patrons.
Applicable law
The agreement is deemed to be entered into in Nigeria and is governed by the laws of Nigeria. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Nigeria, under the exclusion of any international treaty and under exclusion of any conflicts of laws principles. Exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Abuja, Nigeria.
